A lot of politics in the current environment and regular lay off does not make the employee to work freely. Few team are under non experience manager who just know to do micro management

Extrmeely undecisive, pathetic management. I need more people, no no i dont need more people. This is very urgent do it do it. no no this is not needed, do that do that. this work will be done in 5 weeks, no no it is getting urgent do it in 3 days, really crazy bottom feeders.
