Pros

Meeting new passengers Shift patterns not bad 6-2, 9-5 or 1:30-9:30 Good 1 hour break split into two 30minute breaks

Cons

Trapped in 18month contract, rubbish staff rooms having to sit with management no privacy, no benefits, they try and make you do a late shift and straight on to a early, do not care about staff, all staff hate the job

Pros

Little to no benefit unless the account you work on look after you. The entire company is built to serve directors and they care very little about any employee.

Cons

No management. The directors swan in and out of the office trying to appear as if they care but clearly dont. I worked there for 3 years and saw one person promoted because they were an absolute bum-licker
