Work experience that may help you get your foot in the door at a better company. Salary, bonus, benefits. Gym membership.

Cons

Toxic management stemming from the Owner of the company. Fake reviews on Glassdoor and paid advertising on Google are the only things keeping this company in business. Sink or swim attitude, no mentoring/coaching, abusive treatment of low-level employees by the owner, random firings in front of the other employees. Does poor work for 90% of their clients.
