Zero culture or community - they only have Google Chats set up strictly for work comms. They told me in the interview they had online communities and people who would be up for socialising remotely...this is not the case. Teams work in silos with no visibility of other projects or progress No company wide calls or updates No unsupervised contact allowed between marketing and sales - marketing leads act as gatekeepers so no info, feedback or ideas can be passed on fluidly Lots of internal politics about who owns what area and product leading to conversations that start with "you didn't hear this from me but..." and "don't tell X this because they'll be annoyed" No clear strategy or goals - I had no idea what we were aiming for as a business or as individuals Inappropriate responses to PR issues - Look up ScotRail There's no about us or values stated on the site - and this lack of guidance means it's a bit of a free for all in terms of what to do and how to do it Also they talk about flexible working but then use it against you even when you do the work.
