Hi there, We note this review and would like to share feedback. Firstly, we’re really sorry you felt you had a disappointing experience interviewing for a role at Readdle. We take pride in selecting the best possible candidates to speak to and value the proposals they share. We know it takes time and effort to prepare for a job interview, and thank you for doing so. We have high quality recruitment procedures in place, which include clear and timely feedback and getting back to candidates as quickly as we can. In this case we can only assume an error occurred. If you’d like to discuss this further please get in touch directly. Wishing you all the best. Readdle Team

Readdle is not what it was

Pros

- The team - Flexible work arrangement - The customer-focused and people-centric culture that once was there and is still showing through some people in the organization. But is not developed further and not supported by leadership often.

Cons

- Poor leadership capability - Lack of transparency on company decisions - If you're in a management role - expectations of you are high, but you're on your own without a company strategy, and goals, no one will help you align with others. You might find yourself in a hostile environment. Most employees hold on to the legacy of a once strong and successful startup company, where you can create great meaningful software and truly enjoy what you're delivering. This is still what is sold during interviews but you'll come to an organization full of politics and no transparency, no alignment on the goals between teams.

Pros

- competitive salary - responsible colleagues - flexible approach for each employee - paid lunches - discounts on buying Apple devices - internal conferences

Cons

- not so many abilities to be appreciated - almost no bonuses - not very conform open space (too many people in one office) - own app development cycle (with its pros and cons)
