Zero expectations have ever been set No goals are set to work towards No incentives/motivators to make the job enjoyable No team bonding outings No training on ANYTHING Mccloud, the TMS, looks like it originated from Microsoft’s first dell desktop The energy in the building is absolutely trash. I’d rather sweep the floors than be chained to my desk. “Track & Trace”, after hours, and Chain harass carriers and annoy them to the point no one wants to work with us. Their commission scale sucks… might as well work for free. & don’t even get me started on “HR” LOL Nobody introduces themselves when you’re new nor are people naturally happy and engage in conversation. Heaven forbid you request time off, you gain even more haters for taking time off Your effort and hard work will not be appreciated. You won’t be appreciated in general. They have zero loyalty to anyone.. ask accounting! Their turnover ratio is worse than a restaurant. They wanna “grow” but don’t invest into the people they have. There’s no mentors, no training, no coaching, no feedback (unless you’re being shamed for messing up). The grass isn’t always greener and you can’t grow where you don’t water.
