      Imagine a family owned restaurant kitchen with awesome chefs...now imagine that same kitchen with the capabilities of a top manufacturing company. That's Ready Foods.

      Cons

      Ready Foods is full steam ahead on digital transformation and operational excellence. If you aren't on board with continuous improvement and growth and flexibility it will be hard for you to stay on board. Also there's not a lot of Scheduled Days Off but its a manufacturing company so it's kind of expected.
