      Don’t do it - worst company ever

      They pay really well, comparatively

      The CEO is unbelievable, throws temper tantrums and curses at people. Punches walls. Who does that in a business setting? There are constant negative changes that do not have a positive impact on the business. Morale is always low, the infrastructure is extremely top heavy with more SVP positions than anything else and they are all filled by people who do not live in the City. There’s been too much upheaval lately and everything feels shaky at best. There is no sense of camaraderie or teamwork it’s every man for themselves and you have to watch your back or there will be a knife in it. Not doing good work here, and taking advantage of people who deserve better than they are getting. They tout themselves as innovative and “bringing the doctor to you” but the sad fact is they are just another part of the problem not the solution. The benefits are few and far between. No retirement plan, expensive insurance, and a bizarre paid time off plan.

      Pros

      Great coworkers (this is changing though, hiring gets worse by the day) and mission.

      Cons

      This place has changed drastically over the years. The company has always struggled with its leadership team, but even management and administration have gone downhill. There's so much turnover. Recruiting will lie and tell you there's growth, but they won't tell you about the massive layoffs or how they've lost all good employees. They won't tell you how there have been so many changes in the team that your pay and benefits will end up messed up because they hire people who don't know what they're doing. They won't tell you about the narcissistic people who sit at the top, push down all their work to you, and then take credit for it without even a "thank you". This company will expect you to give it your all and then take all of your life from you with nothing in return. No one owns up to their mistakes. Always pushing it off on others until that person is gone.
