The management team is rude and unprofessional. There are no rules in place for any complaints, you have to go to management that you have issues with to try to sort out the problem. If you get sick, they blame you for taking time out because they are short staffed. No Human Resources department. Patients are rude and when you do not give them exactly what they want they write a negative review on you on google and you get reprimanded over it. You get no option for overtime, if you do go into overtime they take the hours off your check. Some staff are allowed to come and go as they please while others who show up daily get in trouble for needing a day off. If a provider doesn’t like you they will make your life miserable.
