      Absent Leader and Low Pay

      Gym and showers, good coffee

      Cons

      No leader and no growth opportunity. A common question employees ask is where is our leader because our President is constantly absent and departmental managers don't have authority to do anything without him. That makes getting anything done extremely frustrating and lengthy. The President is too cheap to hire more employees, even though there is more work than we can handle, and he pays below average wages.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. People are honest and encouraging. Compensation is fair.

      Cons

      Leadership is seriously lacking. Employee's fear of making mistakes results in stagnation and no problem solving. Use of technology and tools is barely up to date with anything from this century. Ownership is a hinderance to progress. Number of vacation days are ridiculously low.
