Pros

There isn't any advantages, unless you consider eating a shitty sandwich every day an advantage.

Cons

The company didn't care about their employees, the cafe was always in a state and always trying to cut corners to make more money. Probably worse job I ever had.

Pros

Free food, until you’re bored of it in a week.

Cons

The company throw you in the deep end with zero training. Every now and then someone might show up to throw information at you and leave. The amount of work expected of you, with no understanding from them how busy and improbable it is, is criminal. There’s no standard as long as the out of touch ownership is happy. The pay is atrociously poor.
