None, the structural design is not complete, therefore no one follows their policies set in place. Pay grade is extremely low.

Cons

No training, unrealistic expectations, no accountability, staff does things how they want, no one gets properly reprimanded, just fired. They fire people without reason and without warning. Pay grade is extremely low.

No room to grow and low pay for the industry. Also, incompetent and indifferent upper management.
