I worked at Ressco as an Assistant Manager for 19 months. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. On a positive note, I consistently received my paycheck on time, which is a basic expectation but can sometimes be a challenge at other companies. However, the negatives far outweighed this small benefit. One of the most significant issues I faced was the lack of staff support. As an Assistant Manager, I often found myself overwhelmed with responsibilities and without the necessary assistance from my colleagues or management. This created a stressful work environment that made it difficult to perform my duties effectively. Due to these challenges and the overall poor working conditions, I cannot recommend Ressco to others. My time there was marked by frustration and dissatisfaction, and I believe many potential employees would be better off seeking opportunities elsewhere.

They don’t pay contractors. They don’t get supplies for maintenance to actually do the job. They add unnecessary costs to tenants and then evict the tenants for not being able to afford it. They don’t switch out carpet. They will just discount apt instead
