Pros
Great people, work flexibility. Team always willing to help in other areas, input from every person in regards to culture initiatives and what people may or may not want to do.
Cons
Finances and little to no room to move up or across in job functions. Hopefully this will change in the future. Also, real estate is seasonal and better plans need to be put in place to account for that lull in the financials.
