      Pros

      Working at Real Hope Real Help in the ABA department was not always easy but it offered so much if you were willing to put in the effort. The pay rate was above average and I was given a lot of opportunities for career advancement and growth.

      Cons

      Hours could be long on some days.

      Pros

      This site offers a number of broad training experiences under one roof such as ABA, forensic evaluations, counseling, neuropsychological assessment, and school-based consultation. Dr. Della Nebbia has years of experience which shows in her supervision sessions and her clinical acumen.

      Cons

      Pay may not be the highest in the area, but its offset with the great clinical experiences. The owner, Dr. Della Nebbia, has a busy schedule and supervision will need to be scheduled in advanced.
