      Pros

      Rapidly growing with many new opportunities, challenges, and roles. The company provides great leadership and mentoring programs which show they really care and are open to helping associates grow both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      There is none that I'm aware of.

      I loved my job! But.....

      Awesome people to work with, and great atmosphere to work in

      Cons

      No criticism was given until it was too late. Ever changing policy and rules. Whole of staff were awesome to work with.... Management was nice but the welcoming attitude is a total facade. Catty management.

      The owners lie to and have no regrets about. This is by far the FAKEST Hospitality Company one can ever work for. Ownership takes pride in tell managers to make their own plaques and display them so guest can feel they are in an award winning hotel.
