FlexiTime but you will be questioned, Friendly attitude until you say 'YES' to everything, Open door - conditions apply. HRs are very good actors. Salary on time but you must know you are still an employee

Cons

Worst HR, Politics, Will fire you anytime if you are not good with your manager/lead. No work life balance, Leads are their slaves and we cannot bypass them.

good fun team to work with there are no issue with funding, resources always available

Cons

no incentive policy politics - its there in all companies but since its a small team its more shown here. smart people will not last long here, only people who know how to play the game will last.
