Very poor experience, after making an offer they withdrew the offer before joining, and stopped responding to my emails.

Not that i can think of. I was excited to get the offer they but instead of showing professional curtsey they stopped responding on emails

Cons

Integrity is the biggest issue here, if you don't want to hire me, just say so. I am not afraid of rejection but wasting someone's time is not good. In the end I feel good that i didn't join this company, because this incident shows the real culture of the company

Cons

Product Dev Culture was weak, there were definitely instances of bullying when I was there, which was shocking.

The executive management says what they do and do what they say. Leadership is really really focused, and every job provides opportunity to feed back into making the company better.

Cons

The industry area they focus in (mortgage appraisals, insurance inspections) is, all said and done, BORING.
