After having a turbulent start to my recruitment career, Real Time made me feel valued from the first interview. I quickly accepted and have really been taken under their wing, offering fantastic advice from recruitment professionals who have been doing this for decades. There is an excellent and clear commission structure, and fantastic opportunities for progression. What I think is most important though, is that it is a real family feel business - everyone in the team genuinely cares about you and it makes the hours fly by. Couldn't recommend joining enough!
