Taco Tuesday. The days when drunken management didn't pass through to undermine, yell and humiliate us.

Cons

It is a shame that they have a base of client friends in which they rip off and produce low quality work for. They are clearly trusted by their client friends and it's sad. If they only did their research they would learned that they are being gauged and taken advantage of.

This is a place where you can be challenged and grow. There is much opportunity to grow, lead and be a difference maker at RW. Many places have red tape that restrict your growth and movement. At RW, if you can think it, you can try it.

Cons

If you are looking for a 9 to 5 job, this isn't your place. If you require every thing lined out to a tee, and you are lacking in creativity or vision, this won't be your place. If you are not comfortable with being help accountable, this isn't your place. If you aren't comfortable with deadlines, and fast moving parts, this isn't your place.
