Pros

I made some friends out of this job

Cons

If applying for the position of Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager and/or Inspector... Please Read: Turnover rate is very high in operations (Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers and Inspectors) not including seasonal work. They show lots of nepotism. Work environment is not enjoyable. They WILL work you like a dog. My coworkers and myself included regularly work till 7pm even in off season. You will be expected to work 10-12 hour days in order to get through all of your tasks and emails. If they are not able to hire people to help you, they will guilt you into working on your days off and expect you to be there. You will easily work 60 hr. weeks regularly without extra pay if salaried. When interviewing they tell you how great their culture is, the amazing work life balance and hype up the job. They won't tell you the GRUELING amount of extra hours you work with no extra pay and additional jobs they put on top of the job they hired you for. I'm telling you this because I so wish someone had warned me before starting at this company. Overall, this job was SUPER STRESSFUL. No one has a work life balance. They will lie to you about this in the interview. I'm not one to leave a bad review but the directors lied to me about this job and I would like to help share my experience so that no one has to go through what I did. Take my advice and avoid this company.

Pros

Company is steadily growing, which is great for opportunities. Everyone is friendly and willing to help out. Employees are given lots of freedom to be productive in the best way that suits them. Every day is different.

Cons

Pay is ok, but feels low for the high expectations and stress levels that are in place; if you're not doing more than what you're asked, they might shame you for not being a team player.

Pros

Allowed to work remotely in this role. Toxic management makes for close coworkers.

Cons

This company touts itself as Christian and family oriented but it's FAR from it. They pretend to care about employees but continue to employee managers who bully employees and spout homophobic/racist rhetoric FOR YEARS. They expect you to know everything about the role within a few weeks and belittle you for asking questions. HR, owners, and management have been told about the toxic environment dozens of times but anyone who speaks out or raises concerns is immediately terminated or punished. Employees are severely underpaid and overworked. They do not care about employees let alone guests.
