I have been working at RealThingks India PVT LTD for the past 4 months as an IT Manager. The work culture here is great and all the team members are very supportive. One of the things I appreciate most about RealThingks is the learning opportunities it provides. There are no restrictions on gaining knowledge from other projects or areas, which has allowed me to learn more than just my actual work. This has been a significant factor in my professional growth. The salary package at RealThingks is also quite competitive compared to other companies in the market. This, combined with the excellent work culture and learning opportunities, makes RealThingks a great place to work. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend RealThingks India PVT LTD to others. It’s a company where you can grow professionally while working in a supportive and positive environment.
