Pros

- Free lunch friday - Great people to work with

Cons

Want to travel back in time? Be like Benjamin Button? Want that comforting eyes over your shoulders feeling every day? Come work for RealBuzz! Having tried the flexible hours, and working from home scheme that all these hip tech companies seem to be moving towards, RealBuzz takes you back to a simpler life. A life of 9-5 development, with a need to call your boss if you are going to be 15 minutes late due to a train delay. Love that retro way of life!* Are you someone who hates people playing music too loudly through their headphones? Well you'll love RealBuzz, as headphones are not allowed! Do you have trouble being distracted, and wish there was some way to keep focused? Well no problem, RealBuzz will require you to account for every moment of your working day! And, so you don't lose that comforting feeling whilst on holiday, RealBuzz asks you to record your days off too for you to stay focused! And as an added bonus they have added a blocker for many websites, so you won't be distracted! Don't like Agile development? No problem, nor does the RealBuzz! Having successfully promised but not delivered agile development for over 2 years, you can rest assured that agile will stay out of your way! Are you someone embarassed by your memory and unable to remember people's name very well? Well don't worry. At RealBuzz you will feel comfortable in the knowledge that staff turnover is so high, you won't need to remember people's name as they won't be around for long. Perhaps you are someone who has trouble staying away from unhealthy food, and needs that extra support to be healthy. Well don't worry, RealBuzz has previously already denied the request for a snack machine and now they are located so far from the city center, that by the time you get to a place that sells unhealthy food, you will have burned the calories off before you even took your first bite! At RealBuzz they are determined to bring you the most authentic retro call center experience. Extra bonuses include: - Free lunch on a friday - Periodic chaotic new rules after the owner has visited the premises so you will always be surprised. - Promises, promises and more promises, for that authentic positive change experience that almost seems real. - A salary to match the historic period RealBuzz is portraying And when Christmas comes around, you can party all night with all the crew and start later the next morning** If this sounds like something for you, sign up now! * Any opposition will, and has been forced out. **Applies only for Christmas party goers, those who do not attend are expected to work early or face disciplinary action.

Pros

Flexible working hours, free lunches on Fridays, free fruit and the odd nice person. There aren't any more pros but I have to fill this section with a minimum of 20 words...

Cons

Where do I start?! - On my first day the position I was was employed to do had completely changed and the MD showed pornographic material to me. Yes, really! :| - There is a very high turnover of staff, which should highlight problems within the company but HR did not seem to notice/care. - Management only care about overall profits of the company rather than looking at the issues within it, such as low staff morale within the company. It’s as though they’ve read a book on how to run a company in the 1930’s and gone by the rules in that. - Sitting with rude, racist, loud and obnoxious people would cause an unfriendly working environment, to put it mildly. - Little is offered to develop staff, so many employees feel they cannot remain and advance their careers. - Insanely long and over-complicated "mission statement" that no one could understand or even care to try! It is irrelevant to the day-to-day running of the company. Goals are not clear to anyone within the company and therefore cannot relate to the mission. - They mainly deal with charities. They like to get as much money out of the larger charities as possible but ignore the smaller ones, and only offering certain materials to the "better" charities. Overall, my 1 Star rating is being generous! I'd have given it 0 if Glass Door had that option!

Pros

Great staff that's all believe me.

Cons

EVERYTHING! This company is one of the worst company's i have ever worked at. The owner lacks knowledge of the business world. They dont invest in staff, they worked them like slaves. Upper management were the most ridiculous people i have ever had to deal with in my life. A lot of favoritism, a lot of upper management relationships happening even though their contract forbids this. A lot of rules bending for certain people. A lot of bullying of staff. several staff have quit because of this reason alone. Please people stay away from this company.
