      Very talented people and i still can learn a lot from my collegues. All of them passionate. Management is transparent about company goals and others. The passion of my collegues is very motivating

      Startup workload but it is compansated with the salary and unlimited holidays

      Flexible, no micromanagement, when we had good revenue company organized a summit for all employees to meet in Barcelona

      Pros

      Overinvestment in engineering has made for great software, individual contributors (and a few middle management) are some of the best people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      The company is stretched too thin and has caused micromanagement and overwork. Very smart but toxic upper managers are elevated at the cost of the team.
