None at all - not one!

This organisation brain washes you into thinking the way they work are normal - you will never get a lunch break, you will always work late, and your colleagues will treat you with no respect whatsoever. They will tell you this is 'agency life' but in reality they just take advantage.

The team are mostly nice people

You're expected to work early mornings, late nights and weekends without any sort of recognition There are definite favourites and if you don't fit in to that clique, forget about any sort of praise or career development You're actively encouraged to lie to clients about figures and results They bang on about 'career development' and how 'this is agency life', but don't give you anything in return bar exceptionally low self confidence

No mentorship of junior team members - but happy to blame them when things go wrong Terrible management throughout No acknowledgement of the obscenely high staff turnover Expected to work through lunch and after work for no overtime Atmosphere dead at best - tense at worst No culture - seemed like everyone couldn't wait to just get out at the end of the day
