      Pros

      Very dynamic and fast-paced work culture – you learn a lot in a short time. Good exposure to end-to-end projects, especially in marketing and product-focused roles. Young, energetic team and open environment where you can share ideas. Senior leadership is approachable and supportive if you take initiative. Good brand name in the market and strong product portfolio, which makes the work exciting.

      Cons

      Workload can be high, especially during launches and peak seasons. Processes are still evolving, so sometimes things can feel unstructured.
