Pros

The pro is that the company is trying to silence me as they silenced others with money but they are and always be unsuccessful at that. The real truth always comes out and cannot be hidden forever.

Cons

You be the judge. Its not a just coincidence that the same thing we exposed them of they were accused of by a federal court many times and settled out of court. Look or National Labor Relations Board site and see for yourself.

Pros

Nice offices, free drinks, but that does not pay the rent

Cons

Many many cases of breaking the law. This comes in many forms, handling of transactions, employee relations, sexual harassment, the cover-up management wrongful actions. I have even seen Sr. VP's and higher get caught harassing staff, only to have it covered up with an outside investigation that will find in favor of the company, why? Realogy is paying them, how can the be impartial.

Pros

Some of the workers are nice. The building is nice. The cafeteria isn't bad. But everything else...what a joke. Stay away if you know what's good for you.

Cons

This company is going downhill fast. Lots of layoffs, outsourcing, and shady actions by incompetent management. Little or no training. Little or no documentation. Little or no direction, or the direction changes like the wind. Managers seem to gossip, write people up for no reason, and backstab each other and employees. Probably some of the worst middle management I've seen. Some of the managers are so bad, they seem to have no common sense or knowledge of basic business practices. The upper management talks that 'we're all happy supporting agents and brokers', but then do very little of substance to help agents, except whine about the competition. The training they offer employees is a joke, non-existent. We upgraded to Office 365 but no one knows how to use it since there's NO training. Training for agents and brokers is a joke since most of it just rehashed content from KW. The technology they offer agents is outdated, half the time doesn't work, or is so buggy, agents can't really use it. Seriously feels like they are running this company into the ground so they can sell it off or go bankrupt. The stock has tanked since the new CEO has come on, but he keeps his job along with all his yes-men. Lots of upper management makes lots of money, but fail to reward hard working employees. They have no clue what they are doing, and no one is listening to the people who actually make the money, the agents and brokers.
