Pros

There is always room for growth here, a ton of training is available, the company wants to see & help you succeed, and they carry an open door policy. Owners are great people and they really become like a second family to you. There are always opportunities for anyone new or old to Real Estate.

Pros

I worked at Realty Kings Properties a few years ago and loved it. The owners and staff were all great. I learned a lot, they have excellent training and you get exposed to a lot of different things. I was recruited by one of their competitors which I met while working there and after telling the owners, they told me I would be crazy not to take the job because it was such a great opportunity. You don't find many employers that genuinely care about their employees and support them in that way. This company is one of the best I have worked for so far.

Cons

Nothing really other than they are often quite busy and you have to work late just to keep up.
