You get to learn more about the advantages of having a license when it comes to real estate investing, you get to attend lots of meetings and seminars to learn more about how to work with investors and you also get a big list of open-house opportunities that are beautifully remodeled and freshly on the market!

Cons

Office is pretty small but other than that no real cons!
