      Support, Technology, training, Teamwork among agents. Great leadership and vision like no other Real Estate Company. More money in my pocket, potential for unlimited long term income with a goal of retirement. Satisfaction of growing your own online team with limited need to manage. The more you help others be successful the more successful you will be

      No Brick and mortar offices except in a limited areas until further growth or unless an agent/owner wants to take on then they will receive company registration

      When I first joined Realty Partners, I was so motivated and enthused that I had my first six listings on the books, within 4 months. I'm not really sure which aspect made me so motivated, whether it was the 4 ways I can generate income, broker and agent partner support or the Cutting Edge technology available. We truly are a family and I have never felt left alone. Because we are all partners we are committed to helping each other. There is no internal competition, only support for each other. Recently, Realty Partners unrolled a listing presentation program for agents, that includes a PowerPoint presentation, 15 page brochure for sellers and a comprehensive marketing campaign that supports and guides agents to the closing table. Never have I had so much support.

      Difficult to understand binary Revenue sharing, but now that I understand it, I wish I joined sooner
