      Pros

      Very professional and collaborative organization. Team members are very respectful and always willing to support one another. Leadership allows for team members to lead and advise. Serving the customer is the highest of priorities.

      Cons

      Lots of work to be done. Processes are prone to change quickly, however, this is due to the changing needs of the customer along with the changes in technology. This is only a problem if you are not comfortable with change.
