      Pros

      The management had came out with the plan of Flexi Working Arrangement for all the staffs during the Covid started in 2020 which was good. It is not only good for own employees but also good towards the social responsibility in the community. The colleagues here are friendly and open door partners where you can approach them whenever you encounter problems or issues need to be resolved. We worked as a team.

      Pros

      My beliefs in a healthy working environment surrounds a close relationship with my team members and colleagues. We experience ups and downs everywhere we go. The benefits of working in the company is where colleagues are willing to give their very best and supports. The support fosters a positive working environment for one to feel determined and comfortable to press on.

      Cons

      Pressures from upper management falls into place. No doubt we experience this everywhere, the management decisions are not proactive to the root of the issues that we highlighted to them for improvements. They are reactive to the current affairs and only to the current affairs. This is like a snowball effect, without solving the root of the problems will only lead to subsequent recurrence of the same mistakes. It will eventually led up to an unbroken vicious cycle and potential broken working environment integrity.

      Inexperience direct managers who lacks HR knowledge and EQ skills. Heavy favoritism.
