Good branding, but not the best Real Estate agency to work for if you're new in the industry.
Pros
Good head training, Good branding.
Cons
Leadership - Rating: 2/10. Bad Leadership varies from firm to firm. Avoid those older generation companies where its filled with old people. No disregards to the older guys, but they're just not hungry for power or money, any form of business risk (eg. take on projects) they would not take on. And whatever they say usually doesn't usually get you anywhere. Values - Godly, but superficial. Personal Growth - They have monthly EQ classes. They give you hand outs to read on your own while they do a presentation. You can forget about it. Perks - No insurance, No claims, No digital benefits (personal site or back end system) Don't hope for any. They only give you a free T-shirt and expects you to be happy. The business - They charge you RM2,000 for classes and training. You will get notes, and a cert at the end of it. Take note that anything you do after that will also cost you above the market rate. ie. namecards, bunting, banner, flyers, etc. The office closes at 5:45pm and will be then inaccessible to you, but at the convenience of the office staff only. Office phones are made in the 80's and you can barely hear the other party, be prepared to spend a lot on your mobile phone for clear conversations. Their back end system for managing listings and leads are utterly useless, if you find iProperty and Propwall bad enough, Reapfield's system takes it back another 10 years. If you like to manage your listings via text, we have a whatsapp group that you can proudly check for your colleague's listings.
