I felt i had to write an HONEST review for this company. The recent reviews are not a true representation of Reapit. *Interview process made great by recruitment team *Onboarding is engaging, and very supportive. *Casual Environment *Teams collaborate daily to achieve best results for clients *Management enagage regularly *You are listened to *Working from home 3 days a week *Never in the office Monday or a Friday. *Free snacks, Free hot and cold drinks. *Social events *Lunch brought every other month *The people!

Cons

*No regular bonus scheme *Do not see high management

Lots of opportunity with a market leading product

Pros

-Reapit's UK CRM software is widely regarded as the best in the industry, which helps when you work in sales :) -There is a lot of flex with where you work and how you do your job, the sales teams are given license to be entrepreneurial where they can -Management are easy to talk to and accessible -Lots of comms from the CEO on company progress and directon

Cons

-I'd like to see more of the sales team in the office more, but some don't live close to London

- For a corporate company - you would never know. Very relaxed, very approachable set of people. - Loads of exciting growth plans. - Nice office spaces. - Seems to be plenty of progression opportunities.

-None that I have noticed.
