      Rearc protects you from having a bad experience induced by the clients. Just talk to your manager and try for a reassignment if you have major issues

      Clients can be wild, it's consulting after all.

      You'll learn some stuff, engineering team is sharp and easy to work with, but you'll also have to work your tail off.

      Cons

      Candidates beware! This place has had multiple rounds of layoffs that I'm aware of. RIF'd a week after project completion after working for them for years!
