Pros

You can set your own hours for the most part. It’s nice to have a job in the industry.

Cons

Working at Rebel was one of the most frustrating points of my career. Things are always changing and never for the better. It’s difficult to get consistent answers. There are little to no set processes around regions and accounts. POD leaders and regional directors steal leads before reps have a chance to connect with customers.

Pros

Flexibile schedule, decent product, occasional fun travel to meetings and events (where the best part is seeing your friends or customers- not the company).

Cons

Culture of literal abuse and petty behavior. Immature leaders who are complete bullies who have no interest in helping new reps. You will only be successful here if you are in the right region at the right time where you aren't being sabatoged by your own management. Unhealthy structure that gives special treatment to a select few. Ineffective training that leaves you with more questions that answers.
