Pros

The employees are amazing to work with. Every cashier and manager works like a team.

Cons

Corporate is a joke. They will cite you for the smallest infraction even if it is not your fault. Everything is communicated by email so payroll, corporate, and pricebook all state they don't receive the communications. You have to go back and prove you sent out email just to cya!

Pros

Management at these stores typically care about how there employees succeed unlike 711 where there employee base always turns with many hire and fire situation. Rebel treats you way better and is more consistent with its work schedule and duties.

Cons

They are super strict about showing up for your shift.

Pros

Overtime is generally approved, cool people to work with most of the time.

Cons

No paid vacation for employees, no bonuses for employees, no paid days off, no lunch break, capped raises forever, little or no progress for promotion.
