      Pros

      When you work in a startup, you get to learn, and implement and see the results of your new learning there and there. Lot's of room given to experiment and implement ideas. It's ok to fail but not ok to not learn from the failures.

      Cons

      Might get a little overwhelming if you don't catch up to the pace of the work but that's what working in a high growth startup is all about.
