      great to learn more about Rebuilding Together and how they help low income individuals receive better housing very cool mission/goal for company relaxed office

      not much work to do lack of direction/training by office managers need more organization for projects to be completed for job

      Pros

      Decent nonprofit entry level position for remote work. Good work in communities when you can actually volunteer with an affiliate.

      Cons

      Federal grant reporting is a mess. CEO micro manages all staff who get her attention. Senior leadership is muzzled by the CEO, she frequently gets into the weeds at every level on a granular level. Policies around promotions are unclear. Zero accountability for senior leadership, frivolous use of donor funds. No apparent succession plan. CEO will sit on staff meetings and write down each staff member's name who isn't on camera, while calling into serious HR or leadership calls from her phone. Deeply unserious organizational leadership at the national office, which is tragic because the affiliates do great work. CEO can also be
