      The job is pretty easy and fun if you like children. Get to let you inner child out. Work school hours.

      Cons

      Depending on the person, you work with children. Company doesn't follow through with what they say they're going to do or what they have you tell others often.

      The mission and goal of the company is awesome, and it really inspire everyone to work together as a team to provide the best services we can. The people I work with are absolutely fantastic. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in.

      More team outing will be nice.
