Pros

Lovely hard-working, friendly workforce. Flexible working hours

Cons

Management have no clue what they are doing. Consultant in firm seems to be running the shore. He is just as clueless and running the company to the ground. Hardworking individuals are not appreciated or acknowledged, if your face does not fit there is no progression.

Pros

Good pay lots of opportunity for experience

Cons

Senior exec micro-manages senior staff. Unrealiseable goals set by top exec who do not listen to their C-team leading to failure and disappointment in the client. Execs spent money like water on expensive desperation measures to meet an impossible goal then had no budget to complete a major project. Senior management appear to not care at all about their people leading to multiple damaging changes of leadership in months instead of years. The company is now reaching a point where they have no continuity nor critical mass. They make assessments about resources before receiving data and then set out to validate their preconclusions

Pros

Honestly can’t think of a single pro.

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for they only give the bare government minimum for everything. Be that holidays to pension, company pension is set at 3% maximum. And that’s not the worst of it the place is ran by dinosaurs who have never seen a modern maintenance department. Favouritism is rife with people being classed as fitters who aren’t even time served have zero qualifications. The management will eventually run this place into the ground, not just the hapless stubborn dinosaurs who run maintenance, but all the way to the top, which is shown by the lack of production going on at a pharmaceutical plant especially in a pandemic. There are numerous pharma plants within the area all of which blow this place out the water. The place is that old fashioned that if it tried to modernise it would cost that much the place would need to close. These are not only the thoughts of myself but those of the entire workforce. If I had the choice of prison or recipharm I would choose prison. If I was a betting man I’d put my money on it closing by 2025.
