None at all. This place is the worst.
Cons
Everything about this place. You'll melt in the summer in the warehouse, the winters are freezing. Some upper management / owners have serious psychotic issues displayed in how they treat people, and stories they tell openly about their past. Pay sucks for the worl you do, and expectations for production are often unrealistic. Management openly admits that employees enjoy cutting eachother down to profit or gain status in the company.
