A terrible environment to spend 40 hours per week.

Pros

Working with clients clinically, to the extent that you are able to, under unrealistic pressure from incompetent and neglectfil management. There are very few pros.

Cons

Clinicians are pressured to compromise basic ethical principals in order to satisfy demands of upper management. As a clinical supervisor, you are bullied to bully line staff into working beyond reasonable and realistic job expectations with poor salary compensation.

Pros

Depends on which sector you work for.

Cons

They add more work than pay. If you're a person of color you will not advance. No pay raises.

In response to the comment, RNP has many employees of color and various ethnicities directing programs, managing staff and leading new initiatives. Compensation for all staff has been analyzed and adjustments were made at the end of 2021. All staff received raises and bonuses. Our pay is above average in comparison with the market.

Pros

There is ability to grow within the company, but management is often unsupportive and in some cases unprofessional.

Cons

There’s favoritism, gaslighting, inadequate pay for the work required of you. It seems the you are always playing catch-up and management is more concerned with reprimanding you rather than working with you for solutions.
