Management is horrible. They only care about money, not how their employees are sexually harassed, berated, or treated like garbage by their money making salesman

We maintain a strict zero tolerance harassment policy, as well as provide an open-door policy to express any concerns. In the calendar year 2022 there were zero harassment claims brought to RecruitMilitary’s Human Resources department.

Low base pay and laughable commission. Cutthroat coworkers who steal commissions by contacting established candidates snd clients. Inexperienced management. Sales team and client success team work against one another. Favoritism galore. Tracked time and calls on phone. Blatant discrimination against older veteran candidates.
