Pros

Everyone is willing to take on any task no matter their title or tenure. Truly a collaborative team environment.

Cons

The only con (which I feel is not significant) is that workloads can be heavy at times since everyone does wear multiple hats.

Pros

Nice people. They sent employees to a Leadership / Personal Development Bootcamp called Rapport which was pretty good.

Cons

Low pay. Difficult to sell product that isn't a great fit for the market needs/trends. The old CEO was not very accessible despite claiming to have an open-door policy. The current one (David Harden) was a good guy, though I never worked directly under him.

Pros

Free beverages, learn a lot as an entry level person, start up culture vibe

Cons

Leadership was out of touch, “lean” teams could mean you were overworked
