Pros
The atmosphere at RecSol is second to none; regular teas and coffees, focus meetings, rewards for achievement and there aren't call number KPIs Lots of businesses know RecSol's reputation/brand and want to work with us, which is brilliant There are lots of clients who only work with RecSol, so we can give candidates better opportunities to choose from than any other recruitment company Robert and the senior team are excellent at training and motivating staff, giving access to training whenever needed Offices are large and easy access!
Cons
There aren't many... Sometimes candidates can be unreliable..., But there are processes in place to overcome this...
