      Pros

      Free lunch but it not good. Food makes us sick.

      Cons

      Management. To many managers that don’t know what there doing. Do the job before you yell at us for doing it to slow. They say they are family and take care of people but it’s just to suck you in. They don’t ask the workers there opinions. They really like to write you up there. Had to walk out before I got in trouble

There are also good opportunities to learn more about recycling systems and zero-waste practices.

      As the organization continues to grow, internal processes and communications are still evolving. Like many non-profit organizations, limited resources can sometimes impact workload and timelines.

      We are glad you appreciate the free snacks and drinks. Unfortunately, we can't get away from the dirt but we are putting measures in place to reduce the effects of it.
