Pros
Casual, not difficult work, not competitive, not cut throat, no high expectations, attempts to be fun, bagels on Monday, flexible vacation days, great benefits, you can slide by and doing nothing all day as long as you show up and kinda look busy and say mediocre things in meetings.
Cons
Boring (due to) Lack of direction, lack of care for the quality of your work, lack of recognition for work done, passive aggressive egg shell culture, extraordinary environment if you are attempting to push towards mediocrity where people are waiting to be laid off as an excuse to leave.
