      Poor Experience at Red Angle

      None to speak of at this organization.

      Cons

      Poor leadership that cannot make and follow their own decisions. I was the third EA in six months. That should tell you something. Poor communication and leadership cannot get it together. Leadership cannot make decisions and follow those decisions. Degrading emails were sent constantly even though I was following decisions made by leadership that leadership agreed to and could not follow. Misleading statements made by leadership during interview process. One cannot thrive here and succeed based on how leadership operates.

      Pros

      Bradley Hartmann is a top-notch leader who has created a culture of candor within the company. Being the only Project Manager this company has had, it's exciting to be able to express ideas for initiatives and then given the resources explore them. The level of support I've had from management has been unmatched in my career. Going to work everyday knowing you have the support from management, you're making a difference in people's lives, and have the freedom to express yourself with ways we can move our company forward and help even more has been the highlight of my career.

      No Pros. You do not want to work here ever.

      Cons

      Management (Owner/CEO) constantly sends hateful emails to the PMs that include personal insults. He loves to copy the entire company on these emails. Management constantly lies to employees. Benefits are horrible and they try to take away what few benefits remain. There’s no flexibility in your work schedule for personal appointments or emergencies.
