Head Office staff very supportive and helpful

Cons

Tend to overwhelm Managers with numerous tasks to be completed by same due dates. Underachieving Managers are not held accountable and other Managers in District suffer consequences of others inadequacies. Work hours tend to extend past initial expectations. District Manager's tend to "play favorites"
